We talk about corruption where we can. We talk about its root in our society, impact on the society and of course it’s removal from our society. We give our ideas and suggestions to fight against it. We had performed many outcries against it.
But to our surprise, corrupt people are still winning elections; even after we have a democracy; right to select or reject. Can I define this as ‘Why corruption has not been the top influencer in Indian elections?’
Most of us may think that Indian voters are ‘ idiot’ and ‘ dumb ’ to select corrupt people but not, they are rational in selecting the leader. Surprised? Actually, there are circumstances and conditions which force an individual to do so. To understand this in detail we’ll need to do some classifications. Let we classify Indians in five major categories: Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, Group 4 and Group 5. (Don’t think I’m dividing Indians.)
This group classification will speak out why Indian voters select a corrupt person as their leader, even after knowing the naked truth.
