How to move away morning laziness in few seconds with instant boost-up?

“I‟ll wake up at 5am” he murmured and set an alarm.
He had a good sleep and when alarm rang on 5am; he snoozed the alarm and said, “Five more minutes”. When the alarm again rang after five minutes, he was
somewhere deep in sleep.

Those five minutes turned into an hour. When he saw the watch after waking up,
it was 6am. Here it is "rapid moves" and a race with time to beat it.
He had to go to the Railway Station to pick up her mother at 5:40am but he missed it. When he was finally
ready to leave the home at 6:30am, he saw his mothergiving fare to taxi driver on the gate. He regretted.

I too struggled with this laziness, especially for my morning study hours. I was in search for a hack, a hackwhich moves away laziness and boost up in few moments.
“I am lucky” this is what I declared when I came acrossan article related to this in a Hindi daily. I used and it worked for me. I still use it to shift from laziness
to instant boost.
WHAT IT IS?
Even, I don't know its exact name but I call it “Instant Warm Booster”. The best part is, it is multipurpose.
As I said, you just need 10 seconds or so to perform this simple exercise. As soon as your eyes open, rub your hands quickly. Your hand rubbing will generate heat energy. As the heat or I should say warmness generates, move your hands over your face especially over your eyes.
After, repeating these two actions quickly for few more times, you‟ll realise, your laziness is miles away. You‟re boosted.
You can also do rapid breathing after “Instant Warm Booster” for more better results.
HOW IT IS MULTIPURPOSE?
As mentioned before, it is multipurpose. You can also use it for preventing dozing. This way, it'll be grateful if you're dozing in a boring lecture or activity or anything else.
Some people also thinks that it is great useful in
improving eyesight. I tried it for this purpose and I found, it relaxes eyes. It's pretty awesome.
